Shipping Policy:

For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico please select Two Day Air or Overnight delivery, as these orders cannot be shipped via ground delivery.

ACS will always make every attempt possible to deliver product(s) ordered on time.  ACS will make it's best efforts to ship out product(s) within 24 hrs of reciept.

ACS is not responsible for any delays that may be caused by affiliated shipping carriers.

ACS bears no responsibility for delays as a result of: Weather Storms, employee strikes or any other complication caused on behalf of our affiliated shipping carriers.

Returns Policy:

Products may only be returned in accordance with ACS's published return policy within 20 days of delivery by first obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning the product to ACS.  Products returned to ACS without an RMA number will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Product Return Guidlines:

The credit for returns is based on the current price of returned product at the time the RMA is physically received in by the ACS RMA Returns Center. The only exceptions are for returns due to ACS errors or freight damages and losses which receive the original invoice price. These credits are again applied upon receipt of product in the ACS RMA Returns Center. ·

Customers must have a valid RMA number (assigned by Customer Service) before returning any products and the RMA number must be written on the return shipping label only.

The customer is responsible for filing all claims with the carrier they use to return RMA's to ACS. It is recommended that the customer insure the product being returned to ACS (for full value) in order to avoid any potential exposure if product is lost or damaged while in transit back to ACS. All products that are damaged while in transit to ACS from the customer against an approved RMA number will be refused/rejected back to the customer.

Products must be shipped prepaid. ACS does not cover return shipping expenses unless return is due to a ACS error such as over shipment, mis-shipment, or sales error.

For standard ACS RMA's, the customer has 30 days from the date issued to return the product to ACS.

For short-ship, mis-ship and over ship due to ACS warehouse error, customer has 15 days from ship date.

If a customer refuses a shipment from a ACS warehouse, credit will be issued at the time the refused product is received back at the ACS shipping warehouse. These shipments can be assessed a shipping fee and/or a processing fee.

The customer must notify ACS when a vendor drop ship shipment has been refused. Credit will be issued once the shipment has been verified as received back to the vendor.

Returns that require ACS product management approval before an RMA is issued may take up to 48 hours for processing/approval.

Special orders for customers are not returnable.

Restock fees of 10% or greater may be applied to stock balance or open box (non-defective) returns. If a restock fee applies to a return request, the ACS Customer Service Representative will notify the customer of the exact amount of restock fee at the time RMA is requested.

RMA Return Types:

  • DOA Exchange (D) A DOA exchange. ACS must receive the DOA product prior to the exchange of the replacement product. The replacement unit will be shipped from the nearest location to the reseller/end user.
  • Advance Swap (A) ACS cross-ships a replacement product to you (which is billed at the time of shipment) before it receives the product you are returning.
    Note: All COD customers must secure Advance Swap orders with a Credit Card.
  • Return for Credit (C) Authorization to return product for credit. Amounts over $2,000 are required to be approved by a ACS Sales Representative and Sales Manager. Credit is issued from current cost at the time the RMA return is received at ACS the RMA Return Center.
  • Warranty Repair (W) product; subject to ACS specific warranty time period.
  • Out of Warranty Repair (O) Products that fall outside of the ACS specific warranty time period. The customer pays the repair and shipping costs (both ways).
  • Vendor Exception Returns- When ACS has denied a return request the customer can escalate an exception return request with the manufacturer. Once the customer has a case number or VRMA number from manufacturer, the customer notifies Customer Service. Customer Service will then issue an RMA upon verification of case number or VRMA number. Customer will receive credit in the amount ACS receives from the vendor.

 

 Return Shipping Instructions:

You must write the RMA number on the shipping label. The RMA Receiving Department cannot process a return without this number.

Products must be shipped prepaid. ACS does not cover return shipping expenses unless return is due to a ACS error such as over shipment, mis-shipment, or sales error.

It is recommended that the Customer declare value on return shipments since the customer is 100% responsible for the product while in transit to ACS.

Package products carefully to avoid damage.

Do not write anywhere on the box except on the shipping label.

Reject Policy:

ACS reserves the right to reject any Customer Return that differs from the information given on the original Return Material Authorization (RMA) request, such as:

Invalid RMA number

RMA # not visible and not on the box shipping label

RMA condition code given by customer differs from actual product condition

Expired RMA number

Unauthorized return (no RMA # was issued)

Serial number of product(s) returned were not purchased from ACS

Felt pen markings on the box

Product is damaged

 Order Acceptance Policy:

 

Your receipt of an electronic or other order confirmation does not signify ACS’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.  ACS reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline or limit your order for any reason, whether or not your credit card has been charged and your order is cancelled you will receive a prompt refund credit to your account.  We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.  ACS reserves the right to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer.  ACS is an authorized consumer hardware reseller to it’s qualified hardware customers and does not accept orders from exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the consumer products offered by ACS.

 

Product Availability:

 

Price and availability of products and services offered on the ACS sites are subject to change without prior notice.  You should not rely on any information regarding the availability of products.  You agree that ACS will not be liable for any lack of availability or price changes of products that you may order through the site.

 ACS Products:

The hardware products available for order through ACS are distributed on behalf of various computer hardware suppliers who own or have rights to provide the hardware to you.  In ordering hardware through ACS you are subject to the terms and conditions of the end-user agreement accompanying such hardware as specified by the supplier.  Your only remedy against ACS regarding any hardware issues lies in ACS's return policy.  Otherwise all of your rights and remedies with respect to your order, purchases, possessions and use of the hardware are governed by the end-user terms between you and the supplier.  The warranty maintenance liability and any other obligations related to the hardware shall be as provided for in the end-user terms or with the hardware suppliers' policies and procedures.  ACS is not responsible for any hardware obligations.  All recourse and remedy, if any, for the hardware obligations shall be with the supplier in accordance with it's end-user terms and conditions, or it's policies and procedures.

 All hardware and non-hardware products and services available for order through are distributed on behalf of third-party suppliers unless otherwise indicated.  Except for the ACS return policy, all of your rights and remedies with respect of your purchase, possession, and use of the hardware and non-hardware products and the warranty maintenance liability and any other obligations related to the hardware products shall be governed by the policies and procedures of the suppliers.  ACS is not responsible for any of the hardware or non-hardware product’s obligations and it’s customers shall have no remedy against ACS for any such obligations.
